"Congress"  was choreographed in 2000 by Shelley Rovers for the PEI Open Choreography Challenge where the girls placed first in the senior premier class. This dance continues to delight audiences who enjoy the synchronization of the dancers as they perform intricate footwork and athletic leaps.
